Hello and Welcome Whoop Athlete!

If you read my interview on the Whoop newsletter and you came to find out more about how I can help you then you’ve landed on the right page.

I’m a cross country mountain biker going on my fourth season in the dirt and 20+ years of road racing and coaching experience which has been a great experience for me in regard to becoming a better coach and guide to help athletes like you overcome the variety of training, equipment and nutrition challenges faced along your personal mountain bike hero’s journey.

My speciality as a 48 year old happily married firefighter and father of three is helping  athletes who, like me want to improve performance while still maintaining a balanced lifestyle within a time challenged environment.
